Competing for the Trieste Feature Film Award will be 12 long feature films produced within the last two years that best document and interpret more original and meaningful concepts, launching the cinematographical production as a whole. All are Italian premieres.

SHORT FILM COMPETITION
20 works in both film and video produced within the last two years in Central-Eastern Europe, compete for the Prize of Best Short Film.

Best Short Film Award for Best Short Film (2000 euros)

DOCUMENTARY COMPETITION
In competition for the Alpe Adria Cinema Award, unshown before in Italy, will be documentaries produced in Central Eastern Europe.

Alpe Adria Cinema Award  for best documentary film (2500 euros)

Audience Award
For the best film from each of the three competitions
