What trick do they think of for a thief who steals apples from a tree? Wash the car with a hose? This is nothing for Pat & Mat! They would rather build a carwash. Pancakes are a great treat for an empty stomach, but turning them in a pan? This is an unnecessary effort for do-it-yourselfers, but also the right challenge. As well as the production of homemade cider or crispy popcorn. And what if they turn drones into a new flying machine!…Pat & Mat bring another series of ideas, disasters and original solutions. Marek Beneš.
Marek Beneš was born in 1960. In 1985 he graduated as an engineer from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague. He started working as a director of educational programs and films for universities. From 1998, under the guidance of his father, director and artist Lubomír Beneš, he turned to animation. He directed 66 of the current 129 episodes of the series Pat & Mat, produced by his companies Patmat and Patmat Film.
