PORTO MORTO LIVE CONCERT
Trieste Film Festival, Kino Šiška e Hangar Teatri presentano: Porto Morto.
This seven-man band from Zagreb is considered one of the best kept secrets on the regional music scene of recent years. The band’s sound and enigmatic style amalgamates prog-rock, arthouse pop and electronic indie. Their performances are pure in their visual and theatrical expression. Porto Morto released their self-titled debut album in 2016, which received recognition as one the best Croatian LPs of recent years. In 2019, they further enriched their discography with the resounding album ‘Portofon’, which not only led to a collaboration with Haustor’s legendary frontman Darko Rundek, but also brought the band three nominations for the Porin Music Awards, Croatia’s most prestigious music award. In 2021, they won the award for best alternative album with their third album ‘Portopop’, defining a new sound and stage identity.
