Paolo, un italiano perde il suo lavoro in un deposito di robivecchi. L'ex-imprenditore austriaco Melles e il suo ambizioso autista rumeno Knarek rapinano una banca. Melles scopre che Knarek ha portato clandestinamente in Austria Julie, la sua fidanzata, e poi l'ha lasciata in mezzo alla strada. Julie incontra Paolo che gli dà un passaggio verso Vienna. Nel frattempo i due detective, Fisher e Gudrawzcuk, iniziano a cercare i rapinatori. Paolo e Julie entrano in una banca e Julie tenta una rapina, ma sviene. Paolo porta Julie nel suo appartamento, ma si accorge che lei non è assolutamente interessata a lui: quello che conta realmente per lei sono solo le banche austriache che sono "più splendenti della luna"
An Italian named Paolo loses his job at a junkyard. The Austrian ex-contractor Melles and his ambitious Romanian driver Knarek rob a bank. Melles discovers that Knarek has smuggled his fiancée Julie into Austria and then tossed her out on the street. Julie meets Paolo who gives her a ride to Wien. In the meanwhile the two detectives Fischer and Gudrawzcuk begin to search for the bank robbers. Paolo and Julie pass another bank, Julie tries to pull a robbery but winds up fainting. Paolo takes Julie to his apartment, but he realises that she is absolutely not interested in him. What really captures her interest are the Austrian banks which are brighter than the moon" |
