Franz, di nove anni, sale su un trampolino per dimostrare a se stesso che non è un codardo. Per la prima volta nella vita sta per saltare da cinque metri d'altezza. Cambia idea e torna indietro, o meglio, cerca di tornare indietro, poiché il suo amico Patrick gli blocca la strada. È costretto a saltare. Mano nella mano con Patrick, con gli occhi chiusi, osa il salto.
Nine-year-old Franz climbs on to a diving board to prove to himself that he is not a coward. For the first time in his life, he is about to jump from a height of five metres. He changes his mind and turns back, or rather, tries to, because his friend, Patrick, blocks his way. He is forced to jump. Hand in hand with Patrick, eyes closed, he leaps. |
