Quanto può resistere un corpo umano sottoposto a congegni che registrano suoni e immagini? E cosa si può fare con esso quando cerca di uscire dai codici rappresentativi di questi strumenti? Partendo dalla coreografia di Willi Dorner, Michaela Schwentner trae le conclusioni di questa ricerca In How do you want m.? il corpo non c’è più. Quello che rimane sono tracce visive stratificate e create al computer quasi incomprensibili, che si condensano in geometrie astratte in movimento.
What is the human body able to sustain when subjected to devices that record sounds and images? And what can be done with the human body when it tends to evade the representational codes of these devices? What remains are nearly incomprehensible layered visual traces, created in a computer, that condense into abstract geometries in motion. |
