Marlene ha 16 anni e vive a Katowice. Con l''amica Magda si aggira per fabbriche e costruzioni abbandonate della città. Marlene è ai ferri corti col mondo: litiga in continuazione con il patrigno e sua madre è perennemente stressata. L’unica speranza della ragazza rimane il suo vero padre, che non vede da molto tempo. E poi ci sarebbe quel tunnel nell’acciaieria dismessa, di cui un tempo si diceva portasse ovunque uno volesse...
16-year-old Marlene and her friend Magda wander through ruined factories and abandoned sites in Katowice. Marlene is at war with the world: she’s constantly bickering with her stepfather, and her mother’s permanently strained. Her only hope is her real father, whom she hasn’t seen for a long time. And then there is the tunnel in the empty steelworks. In the old days people said it took you wherever you wanted… |
