Aina rompe a mano fino a 20.000 uova al giorno per un'industria dolciaria lettone. A un osservatore esterno questo mestiere sembra insignificante, se si considera soprattutto che la maggior parte delle fabbriche del settore si affidano ormai a dei macchinari automatici. Ma Aina sostiene che il suo lavoro le piace e la realizza: trascorrere tutto il giorno a rompere uova la fa riflettere molto sulla vita.
Aina breaks eggs up to 20,000 by hand for a Latvian bakery company. To an outside observer, the job appears meaningless when most similar enterprises can afford automatic machinery. But Aina says her work brings her fulfilment. She says that spending all day breaking eggs allows her to think a great deal about life. |
