Servais Mont, fotoreporter senza scrupoli, "ruba" sul set alcune foto a Nadine Chévalier, attrice dimenticata e costretta a lavorare in filmetti pornografici. Servais, innamoratosi della donna, le procura segretamente una parte nel Riccardo III, messo in scena dallo stravagante regista Messala, con l'aiuto dell'attore Karl Heinz Zimmer. Ma è costretto a pagare, indebitandosi con il ricattatore Mazelli. La commedia fallisce, Nadine e suo marito Jacques vengono a sapere delle manovre di Servais: Nadine cerca di sdebitarsi offrendosi a lui; Jacques, umiliato, si uccide. Intanto Servais che non è riuscito a mantenere l'impegno finanziario verso Mazelli, viene ferocemente pestato dagli scagnozzi del ricattatore…
Servais Mont, an unscrupulous photographer "snatches" some pictures on set of Nadine Chévalier, a forgotten actress forced to work in minor pornographic films. Servais, falling in love with the woman, secretly obtains a part for her in "Richard III", staged by the extravagant director, Messala, with the help of actor Karl Heinz Zimmer. But he is forced to pay, and he becomes indebted to the blackmailer, Mazelli. The play flops, and Nadine and her husband Jacques come to learn of Servais' manoeuvrings. Nadine tries to pay her debt by offering herself to him. Jacques, humiliated, kills himself. Meanwhile, Servais has been unable to pay back Mazelli and so is severely beaten by the blackmailer's lackeys… |
