"Dopo vent’anni di assenza, sono tornato in Germania. Sono tornato a casa. Sono tornato indietro nel tempo, dalla costruzione del Muro (1961) all’ascesa al potere da parte dei Nazisti (1933). Partendo da un capo e dall’altro della Ackerstrasse, un tempo appartenenti rispettivamente a Germania Est e a Germania Ovest, mi sono diretto verso un centro impossibile da descrivere a parole (l’ex area del Muro). Sono arrivato nella terra di nessuno." (Boris Breckoff)

"After 20 years, I have returned to Germany. I have come home. From the construction of the Wall (1961) to the ascension to power of the Nazis (1933), I have moved backward in time. Starting from both ends of Ackerstrasse, the former Est and West German side, I have moved towards a center for which we have no words (the former Wall area). I have moved on to a no man's land."
