Beyhan, una ragazza diciannovenne in viaggio. In viaggio tra la vita reale, i sogni e i ricordi. Tra la realtā tedesca e steppe anatoliche lontane. Un viaggio astratto? O un'escursione in un mondo concreto dove toccare emozioni e ferite con la mano? In un treno Beyhan, nello scompartimento insieme ad un uomo, tedesco (Otto Sander). Conversano. Tornare al punto da dove si č partiti č sempre un po' fallire, dice. Poi scende. E Beyhan? Troverā la sua festa, una festa lontana?
Beyhan is a nineteen-year-old girl on a journey. Her journey is between real life, dreams and memories. Between the reality of Germany and the distant steppes of Anatolia. Is this a journey in the abstract? Or is it a trip into a concrete world where emotions and wounds can be readily touched? Beyhan is sitting in her compartment in the train and with her there is a man, a German (Otto Sander). They fall into conversation. To return to where we set out from is always a small failure, he says. Then he gets off. What about Beyhan? Will she find her party, her distant party? |
