For years the TSFF has been involving students in its staff, especially thanks to collaborations with various universities (there are agreements in place with the Universities of Trieste, Udine, Turin and the University of Bristol). Thanks to these partnerships and to the interest of individual teachers there are many students who decide to carry out an internship at our offices or even just during the festival, to learn the general elements of a profession through a specific training course, or even simply to benefit from an experience that sees them engaged in various organizational sectors (among these: contacts with the affiliated bodies of the festival, promotion activities, assistance to the social media team, secretarial work, assistance to international juries, hospitality assistance).
