Started in 2018 with the 29th edition of the Trieste Film Festival, our year-long distribution project, the TSFF in tour can be defined as a non commercial distribution programme with a selected number of films touring in 15 to 20 different Italian towns. The project has been conceived in collaboration with ‘Lo Scrittoio-promotion and distribution agency’ and with a large network of cinema operators.
All films are screened in the original version with Italian subtitles, carrying TSFF logo on the DCP’s and in all related promotional material (posters, leaflets, press releases). The Tour gives the unique opportunity to a selection of 5/6 European films from our previous edition to be promoted in other Italian regions after their national premiere in Trieste.
